Instructions for use

Grace and Relief Comfort Roller: Roll onto skin, particularly areas of tension, and massage in as needed throughout the day.
Take a slow breath, pause, and let calm return.


Pure Grace and Relief Oil: Add a few drops to a diffuser for a rich aroma, or dilute with carrier oil before applying to skin.


Red Raspberry Leaf Tea: Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Add sweetener or lemon for taste, or chill for a cooling herbal treat.
